Encourage your membership to contact Home To Home if they have household goods they would like to donate.
Consider designating one week a year as a “Bless Home To Home Week.” During this week a special emphasis of donating household goods would be presented to your membership. This could be accompanied by a special offering if you desire.

Important Facts About Our Inventory
Donations need to be clean and in good working order.Finances
If a donation is not something we normally handle we reserve the right to transfer it to another ministry that can put it to good use. We may also sell unusable articles and apply funds to our administrative needs and to purchase additional inventory.
As funds are available we will purchase new and used inventory.
We will seek donations from the excess inventories and goods used for demonstrations from businesses such as companies that handle furniture, office equipment, carpet, etc.
We will not distribute goods that are unserviceable or in disrepair. We are a witness and seek to better people’s lives. That calling is worthy of the best we can offer.
Cash gifts will be applied as our need demands as determined by our Board of Directors.
No payment or financial gift is required for any Church or Ministry organization to receive goods or receive informational services from Home To Home. Our only requirement is that there be a legitimate need as described in “The Basics” and “How Does It Work” sections of this webpage.If you our your Church leadership grasp the vision and see the potential of the Home To Home Ministry we invite you to participate by supporting us during this first two years of operation.
It is our goal to be funded through foundational giving within the first two years of operation.
Until that goal is reached we are dependent on gifts from individuals and Churches to meet our administrative and operational needs.
