- A need is discovered through the outreach or some other avenue of contact of a Church or Ministry.
- After the leadership determines the legitimacy of the need they go to the Home To Home Website and leave information on the “Make a Request For Goods Or Services” page describing the situation and the items and/or information needed.
- A secondary method would be to call and leave the same information. Your inquiry will be answered within 24 – 36 hours.
- If Home To Home can provide the needed materials an appointment will be made for pick up. It will normally be the receiving organization’s responsibility to arrange for transportation. However Home To Home will assist and cooperate, as it is able.
- The receipt is signed by the receiving organization and the prayers of the Home To Home staff go with the materials.
